Partnership application

Apply for partnership

Currently only YouTubers with an invitation can use TalkToTuber, but you can join the waitlist. This application is required to verify creator ownership and partnership fit. We’ll review your channel for the waitlist and email you if it’s a fit. Applying does not publish your AI.

Use the email listed in your YouTube channel’s More info section. It has to be the exact email listed in the “More info” box of that YouTube channel — that is how we verify you own it. If you have not listed an email in the dedicated “More info” field or in your channel description yet, please add it there before you apply.

Privacy for subscribers

Effective 16 October 2026. English is the binding version.

Who is responsible

relativno LLC, 1401 Pennsylvania Ave, STE 105 Box 2222, Wilmington, DE 19806, USA, operates Talk to Tuber and is the controller of personal data we collect to run accounts, chat, billing, and platform analytics. Contact privacy@talktotuber.com.

Primary application data is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt: application, database, and object storage). Some vendors process data in the United States or other countries (payments, AI, email, transcription, real-time notifications).

Creators who add their own Meta or Google tags on a landing page are independent controllers of that advertising data. We only load those tags after the visitor agrees in regions where the law requires prior opt-in.

Children

The Service is for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you think we have, email privacy@talktotuber.com and we will delete it.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising of our own. Creator-owned ad tags are the creator’s, not ours, and only run under the consent rules above.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to or restrict some processing, and to withdraw consent. Email privacy@talktotuber.com. We do not yet offer a self-serve export or delete button; a person will handle the request. We may keep what the law requires (for example payment records) or what we need to finish a dispute.

If you signed in with Google, you can also revoke our app access at Google’s security permissions page. That stops new Google/YouTube access; it does not by itself wipe data we already stored. Ask us if you want that deleted too.

International transfers

Some processors (payments, sign-in, AI inference, email, and similar) may handle data outside your country, including outside the EU. We use them only to run the Service and rely on their published safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where they offer them.

What we collect about subscribers

You give us

  • Google account email, name, and avatar when you sign in.
  • The time and terms version you agreed to on the sign-in screen.
  • Language and appearance preferences, and a per-creator language if you set one.
  • Questions you type, ratings, and optional feedback comments.
  • Files the paid chat agent creates for you, and long text you paste into the chat, which we keep as a file in the conversation (file upload is not offered).

Payments

A payment processor handles cards and stores the payment method. We keep their customer and subscription ids, your plan, status, and credit balances (monthly vs purchased). We do not store full card numbers.

We generate

  • Chat sessions, model replies, citations, and (for paid chat) limited operational logs of the agent run.
  • A first- and last-touch marketing snapshot (UTM, referrer) on your user record after you sign in.
  • For a guest trial: an httpOnly cookie tt_free_trial_guest (30 days) and hashed IP / browser signals so a second incognito window on the same network cannot take another live answer. We store those hashes, not the raw IP or user-agent, in a claim keyed to that creator. This is not the same as analytics, which uses a weekly-rotating visitor id.

How we use it

  • Sign you in and keep you signed in.
  • Run chat, enforce plans and trial limits, and bill you.
  • Email you transactional messages (login, billing, credits). You can turn off some non-critical emails in settings; security and billing mail still send.
  • Show the creator whose AI you use your conversations with it, your ratings and feedback, and topic signals, so they can improve their AI. As one of their subscribers, the creator also sees your name, profile picture, and email address. They may not sell it or use it to spam you.
  • Secure the Service and debug failures.

Legal bases (where GDPR or similar applies): contract (account, chat, paid access), legitimate interests (security, trial abuse prevention, product analytics with DNT honored), and consent (creator ad tags; optional emails).

Cookies and similar tech

We use cookies that the Service needs to function:

  • Signed-in session (httpOnly).
  • tt_free_trial_guest for the one-answer trial.
  • Short-lived cookies that remember which login flow you started.

Appearance can be stored in the browser and, when you are signed in, on your account. Platform analytics do not set an analytics cookie. They derive a visitor id from hashed IP + browser + a weekly salt, drop events when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is on, and keep raw events about 90 days.

A creator’s landing page may show a consent choice for that creator’s Meta or Google tag. That choice lives in your browser for that creator only.

How long we keep it

  • Account, chat, and files: until you ask us to delete the account.
  • Trial identity claims: until we no longer need the one-answer rule.
  • Analytics events: about 90 days; anonymous rollups longer.
  • Payment records: as long as tax and dispute rules require, even if we delete the rest of the account.

Who else sees data

We use specialist processors to run the Service. They receive only what that job needs. We do not publish a named vendor list here.

  • Creators: each creator sees the conversations with their own AI and, for their subscribers, name, profile picture, and email address.
  • Cloud hosting, database, and file storage (primarily in the EU).
  • A payment processor for cards, subscriptions, and payouts.
  • Google for sign-in. If a creator connects YouTube or Vimeo, those platforms receive what the connection needs — see the creator section and their own terms.
  • Language-model and speech-to-text providers that process chat, transcripts, and knowledge-base jobs.
  • Email delivery and in-app notification delivery.
  • Background-job and operational tooling.

For a current list of processors, email privacy@talktotuber.com. We share that on request, not on the public site.
