By accessing or using Talk to Tuber ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Talk to Tuber is a platform that enables content creators ("Tubers") to transform their video content into interactive knowledge bases that subscribers can query through AI-powered conversations.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Tuber Obligations

As a Tuber, you represent that you have the rights to the content you submit. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. Your page must be approved by our team before it becomes publicly accessible.

5. Subscriber Terms

Subscribers pay recurring subscription fees to access Tuber knowledge bases. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, which will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Tubers receive their share of revenue as described in the platform's revenue sharing terms.

7. Content Ownership

Tubers retain ownership of the content they submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant Talk to Tuber a license to process, store, and display that content as necessary to operate the Service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for any illegal purpose; harass, abuse, or harm other users; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; interfere with the proper functioning of the Service; or use automated means to access the Service without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talk to Tuber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
